A. Kweendom’s Beauty is a family owned small business that creates products for human use only. Customers are using A. Kweendom’s Beauty products are their own risk. A. Kweendom’s Beauty does not make the claim that our products diagnose, cure, treat or prevent any disease. In the case of allergic reactions, A. Kweendom’s Beauty does not assume responsibility.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
A. Kweendom’s Beauty seeks to provide customers with products that meet their needs. Customers may contact A. Kweendom Beauty if they are not satisfied with their purchase by emailing a.kweendoms.beauty@gmail.com. If contacted within 24HOURS of receiving your products, a full refund may be granted.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Upon order placement and payment being received, we strive to ship all products within 7-10 business days via USPS. For larger custom orders, customers will receive information if shipping dates are adjusted. Please email a.kweendoms.beauty@gmail.com for any questions, comments or concerns about your shipping.

Shipment errors will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. However, If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, shipping charges do apply to ship your order out again. We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the mailing organization.
NO RETURNS POLICY
All sales are FINAL SALE! We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at a.kweendomsbeauty.com or here with details of the product and the defect. We will provide you with the address to send the item(s) you consider defective.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.​

That said, there too are no cancellations. Once an order is placed and payment is sent there can be no cancellation!
